We are committed to keeping our clients and staff safe

 

As providers of what’s been listed as an essential service in Ontario, Andrews & Co. is still operating at near full capacity. However, we have taken significant measures to ensure the health and safety of all our clients and staff. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vigorous cleaning and document handling procedures
  • The cancellation of all in-person meetings
  • Forbidding entry to our building if experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms
  • Setting up a secure drop off station at our front door for client documents and mail that exceeds Ontario’s 6-foot social distancing guidelines
  • Allowing and encouraging all non-essential staff to work from home
  • Changing policies and procedures surrounding corporate and personal tax preparation to allow for complete remote preparation

Our office is still open and we are here to help. We want to assure you that we will continue to support you through this pandemic, working remotely and diligently to meet your needs. While we do have a drop box set up in front of our office that is checked daily, we strongly encourage all clients to send us digital documents during this time to help ensure the safety of our clients and staff.

Our front doors are open Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm, for drop off and pick up only. If you are feeling unwell, have any symptoms related to COVID-19, or if you have been in contact with someone who’s tested positive for COVID-19, we firmly ask that you do not enter our building. There is a table set up at the front office just after you walk in where you can drop off or pick up documents that could not be sent or prepared digitally.

Client Portal

The Andrews & Co. Client Portal is a secure, online portal to exchange documents. We encourage clients to use our secure online portal as much as possible. If you do not already have a portal account set up, please email portal@andrews.ca and someone will be happy to assist.
